"I get to the hotel and no one is at the desk. They left a note to call Michele. She states the hotel was understaffed. She gave me my room code by phone. Later the rep at the desk showed up and gave me my key card to the room. The room was smelling like cigarettes. I wouldn’t pick this hotel again."

"The house was spotlessly clean kitchen was well supplied with dishes pots & pans if cooking is needed. Bathrooms were very clean. My only comment is that the kitchen and living lights should have dimmer switches has the lightning was very bright . We would definitely stay again the next time we visit Putnam Valley"
